About this experience
Enjoy a complete immersion into the viticulture and gastronomy of Lanzarote with Bodegas EL GRIFO, the oldest winery in the Canary Islands with 250 years of history. A two-part journey connecting volcanic landscapes, wine and fine dining.
The first part takes place at the winery, where you'll be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before walking through the Vineyard of the Impossible and the century-old chabocos, enjoying an immersive tasting surrounded by volcanic history. The route continues through the Wine Museum, the original 1775 press and the family Library.
The second part is held at the EL GRIFO Restaurant in Mozaga, just 6 minutes away by car, where chef Juan Rioja presents a gastronomic menu paired with the house wines, celebrating local island produce.
