Who is responsible
DiVinoPlan (the "controller") operates divinoplan.com. You can reach us at gerencia@enoturismodecanarias.com.
What we collect
When you send us a listing request we store the details you enter (winery, contact name, email, phone, website, region and the description you give us), the language you used, and technical data such as your IP address and browser, used only to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
To contact you about listing your winery, to prepare your page, and to keep a record of our commercial relationship. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
How long we keep it
Listing requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the site (hosting and email delivery), under contracts that restrict them to acting on our instructions. Data may be processed within the European Union.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to gerencia@enoturismodecanarias.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
