Who we are
These terms govern the use of divinoplan.com, operated by DiVinoPlan and powered by the TuriTop booking system. By using the site you accept these terms. Contact: gerencia@enoturismodecanarias.com.
Bookings
The experiences shown on this site are provided by the wineries and companies named on each page. Bookings are processed in real time through the TuriTop reservation system; the price, availability and cancellation conditions shown at the time of booking apply.
Partner sign-up and resale
Submitting the partner or service sign-up form (including the form for TuriTop clients) is a non-binding expression of interest: it does not create a contract. Our team will review your selection and contact you to agree the conditions of publication. You confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you may lawfully offer the services you select.
Resale commission
DiVinoPlan applies an 18% commission to bookings generated through the platform. This commission applies to bookings of your services made through divinoplan.com and is reflected in the conditions of publication agreed with each partner.
Acceptable use and liability
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. We may correct errors and update or withdraw content at any time. DiVinoPlan is not liable for the performance of the experiences themselves, which remain the responsibility of the provider named on each page.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
